Welcome to the Ladies Taekwondo Website, the classes have been running since the start of the new year and already we have some working towards their Black Belts.
This Ladies Taekwondo class is all about helping you to gain Fitness, Confidence and most of all to help you learn Self-Defence.
This is not a class that makes you do 100 press ups, sit ups etc... It's a more gentle approach which involves cardio warm up, stretching, pilate, technique drills, padwork, patterns and sparring drills.
We are always looking for new students If you are interested in joining in on a Tuesday evening, we shall offer you a free Introduction to see If you like it.
